巣鴨にあるインド料理屋「コルカタ・キッチン」でほうれん草チーズカレーをテイクアウトしました。

お店の入り口に風船がたくさん飾られていたので、パーティーかなにかで貸切されているのか思ったら、いつも通り営業してました。

なんで風船を飾っているんだろう？と気になってインド人の店長さん聞いてみたら、前日が、店長さんの息子さんのお誕生日だったからだそうです。

その日の店長さんの瞳は、特別にキラキラ輝いて見えました。

The restaurant was decorated with many balloons and the manager of the restaurant said yesterday was his son’s birthday.

The manager’s eyes were shinning and the spinach cheese curry tasted good.
